What Is Holistic Health Coaching?

Holistic health coaching looks at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to identify the root causes of imbalance and support your body’s natural ability to heal. This approach combines nutritional wisdom, herbal support, stress reduction techniques, and lifestyle shifts to help you feel your best from the inside out.

You don’t need to rely on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Through intuitive coaching and evidence-based tools, I’ll help you reconnect with your body and create a lifestyle that feels nourishing and sustainable.

What’s Included in Your Wellness Session?

This one-on-one coaching session is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're managing fatigue, stress, digestive issues, or simply seeking more balance, your session includes:

  • A 60-minute virtual consultation with Taylor Mitchell, holistic health coach and yoga therapist

  • A deep dive into your current health concerns, symptoms, and lifestyle

  • Personalized nutrition and meal planning suggestions based on your body’s needs

  • Natural support options including herbal remedies, supplements, and wellness products

  • Mind-body techniques to support stress management and nervous system regulation

  • Daily routine and lifestyle recommendations for energy, clarity, and balance

  • Optional follow-up sessions for continued accountability and care

Investment: $75 for the initial consultation. $65 for sessions after initial consultation.
