
Private yoga allows us to work together to build a yoga routine to help you reach your personal goals. We will go through your goals together and do a body assessment to see if you need any adjustments.
We can meet in person or online. You will get a written out plan for you to follow at home. We will track your progress through photos and journaling.

The Ayurvedic lifestyle is focused on living in tune with the rhythms of Nature to maintain optimal health. I will recommend a daily routine, nourishing foods, and balancing herbs, all based on your current state of balance or imbalance.
According to Ayurveda, it is the inner intelligence of the body that prevents disease and promotes good health. This inner intelligence is expressed through the three Doshas- called Vata, Pitta and Kapha – which regulate different functions of the mind and body.
When Vata, Pitta and Kapha are in balance, they promote good health and longevity. When the three Doshas are out of balance, they produce discomfort and disease.
