Meet with me one on one to develop an Ayurvedic lifestyle to help focus on your physical and mental health.

The Ayurvedic lifestyle is focused on living in tune with the rhythms of Nature to maintain optimal health. I will recommend a daily routine, nourishing foods, and balancing herbs, all based on your current state of balance or imbalance.

According to Ayurveda, it is the inner intelligence of the body that prevents disease and promotes good health. This inner intelligence is expressed through the three Doshas- called Vata, Pitta and Kapha – which regulate different functions of the mind and body.

When Vata, Pitta and Kapha are in balance, they promote good health and longevity. When the three Doshas are out of balance, they produce discomfort and disease.

You will receive:

  • Dosha assessment
  • Daily routine changes for improved health.
  • Dietary and Herbal Meal Planning
  • A follow-up after 30 days.

I will help walk you through the foods to pair together and the best times in the day for meals. Small changes can lead to huge health impacts.
